Kristen + Jeff | Homespun Intimate Wedding | Manheim, PA

Oh, COVID, COVID, COVID.... You thought you could stop love did, ya? Nay, nay. Or at least not in Kristen and Jeff's case! Kristen and Jeff had originally planned for a large celebration at Sickman's Mill on July 11th, 2020. Well, then that whole thing happened...you know the one.

After hearing Kristen and Jeff's vows to one another it was obvious neither of them are strangers to adversity or hard work. So they quickly and what seemed like easily changed course. But they decided it was still important that they get married this year! Just in a different way than they originally planned.

So on July 11th, 2020 Kristen and Jeff said "I do" at their home in Manheim in front of their closest family and friends. They Zoomed their ceremony for everyone who couldn't make it. Dinner was a delicious potluck that only made everyone feel even more at home. And they shared their first dance surrounded by loved ones, in front of the home they share, in the backyard they spend time together in. Everything was perfect.

If these two can plan not one, but TWO weddings during a global pandemic I have no doubt they can survive anything life throws their way. It was an absolute honor to be one of the very few who got to celebrate with Kristen and Jeff during such a special (and sometimes wild) time in their lives! I can’t wait to celebrate with them again at their Sickman’s Mill reception with everyone next year!
