Kelly + Zach | Engagement Session | Kingsville, Maryland

When I first pulled up to Kelly’s parent's house in Kingsville, MD I was greeted by Kelly’s family who were all hanging out around their fire pit. Kelly’s mom immediately jumped up and asked if I’d like something to eat. I said, “No thank you!” and laughed a little as I imagined having a client making me a sandwich before I got to work. It was such a sweet and kind gesture, one that definitely took me by surprise! It should have been an indicator of how the rest of the evening would go because hospitality and kindness definitely run in this family! Zach even informed me that it took him some time to get used to Kelly always “making sure he’s had enough to eat.” I love that so much! Food is definitely my love language too, Kelly.

This engagement session was filled with so much laughter and joy. Two of my favorite things! I loved strolling around the property with the two of them and getting to know them both so much more since our first meeting. Posing came so naturally to Zach and Kelly. With little direction from me, they just snuggled in and made my job a breeze! I even made a comment about how easy they were making my job and of course without even hesitating they respond with “well maybe you’re just really good at what you do!” Kelly and Zach are truly one of the sweetest couples I’ve ever met. They couldn’t be a more perfect fit! I ended the session with a round of hugs from Kelly, Zach, and Kelly's entire family. Now to count down the days till their wedding at Riverdale Manor in May!
